TFEIP meeting in Tallin 26-28 May 2008

The 9^th joint meeting of the EMEP Task Force on Emission Inventories and Projections (TFEIP) and the EIONET (European Environment Information and Observation Network will be held on 26^th 27^th May in Tallin, Estonia.

The main objective of the meeting is to provide feedback to and adopt the updated and revised EMEP/EEA Air Pollutant Emission Inventory Guidebook, initiate a discussion on the Guidebook maintenance plan, discuss potential future strengthening of emission reporting under revised UNECE LRTAP Convention protocols and to provide feedback to the 2008 review of submitted emission data. The meeting will be hosted by the Estonian Ministry of the Environment and the Estonian Environment Information Centre (EEIC).

The Projections expert panel meeting will be held on the 28th May, following the TFEIP /EIONET meeting.
